Salim Al-Harthy

(CEO)

Salim Al Harthy is the CEO of MB Petroleum Services a 100% subsidiary of MB Holding LLC, Oman. He acquired a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University and an MBA Degree from Hull University, UK. He has over 20 years’ experience both locally and internationally in the oil & gas industry. Before joining MB Group, Salim has held several management positions in reputed companies in Oman and outside Oman.

Khalifa Al-Naamani

(General Manager Human Resources & Admin)

Khalifa Al Naamani holds a bachelor’s degree of laws (Hons) in commercial & Administrative Laws & CIPD Diploma in HR Practice-UK. He joined MBPS in 2005 and has over 17 years’ experience in managing Human Resources function and activities, Compensation & Benefits, Talent management, HR strategy etc.

Kumar Rakesh

(Chief Finance Officer)

Kumar Rakesh is the CFO of MB Petroleum Services a 100% subsidiary of MB Holding LLC, Oman. He a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) from USA and a qualified Chartered Accountant from India. He has more than two decades of experience both locally and internationally in the fields of operational finance, cross border acquisitions, fund raising, and financial reporting with specialisation in oil & gas industry. Before joining MB Group, Kumar has worked with EY, one of big4 multinational accounting and advisory firm.

Hamdoon Al-Jabri

(HSE Manager)

Hamdoon Al Jabri has graduated from The University of Akron, Ohio, USA with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has over 20 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry and started his career as Well Engineer with PDO. He held several supervisory and managerial positions with PDO and MBPS from Company Man Position, Drilling Superintendent, Technical Training Manager to HSE Manager

Rajnish Goswami

(Technical Services General Manager)

Rajnish has 33 years’ experience with Operating Companies, Drilling and Well Service companies as well as Rig Manufacturers in the Oil and Gas Sector, out of which 21 years were in Oman and UAE. Prior to joining Gulf Drilling/MBPS Oman, he has worked with National Oilwell Varco, Abraj Energy Services, Dalma Energy, Essar Oil Limited and Oil India Limited.

Saiprasad Alva

(Supply Chain General Manager )

Saiprasad is presently at the helm of the Supply Chain department within MBPS. His responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of diverse facets within the supply chain. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. With a distinguished career that spans over 28 years, Saiprasad has amassed a wealth of practical knowledge across the realms of Procurement, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management. His journey leading up to his role at MBPS saw him occupying prominent leadership positions across various companies situated not only within the local region but also spanning the expanse of India.

Hazza Al-Habsi General Manager is the General Manager Drilling & Work over. He acquired a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He has +20 Years of management experience of managing Drilling and Workover Operations with major Operators such as PDO, Oxy, Daleel Petroleum, Petrogas, Tatweer Petroleum in Bahrain and others.
